No milestone is ever reached alone. Along the way, I have been fortunate to receive guidance, generosity and encouragement from many people. I am deeply grateful to the incredible mentors, educators, friends, and family who have supported my academic journey and personal growth. Your wisdom, patience, and kindness have shaped everything I do, and I remain committed to carrying that spirit forward to the community around me.

🚀 Random Facts About Phoebe

• I was born and raised in Beijing, China and I moved to Canada after middle school. I teleport to random locations in Beijing for random intervals during the summer (happiest times).

• My legal name is Yuhan Kuang (邝妤涵), but just call me Phoebe. The first two characters of my Chinese name are quite uncommon and even some of my Chinese teachers couldn’t pronounce them right.

• I like sports! I play badminton (need practice) and I figure skate (kinda bad at it now). My life goal is to learn 1 Axel before I’m too old to jump :). I also enjoy watching sport games and competitions.

• During my free time, I like trying all kinds of food, going to kareoke, or just wandering around.

• I keep adding books to my reading list but never actually read them (not recommended).
